Hey Organic Food Bar Kids! We’d like to tell you a little about our company. We promise not to take up too much of your time. We know you’re a busy, active kid! ;-)

Ok, so we created Organic Food Bar, and these awesome, new bars called Organic Food Bar Kid’s to help you be healthier and stronger and faster – so that you can take over the world! Part of being healthy and having the energy to do the things you love (like running around with your friends, or playing sports, or chasing mom and dad!) means getting lots of exercise and eating well. If you do these two things, there’s not a whole lot you can’t accomplish in life! It’s true!

And, being a “fit kid” is not that all that hard to do. You don’t have to get on a treadmill and run like most adults do. Yeech! Just do sports or activities that you really enjoy and try to eat healthy foods as often as possible. Now, we think it’s OK to have a treat once in a while (our favorite is Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey ice cream!), but remember: your body works best when you eat healthy foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, nuts and other foods that mom and dad suggest. And you can get many of the healthy foods you need (and that will make mom and dad smile!) in a dee-licious Organic Food Bar Kid’s!

Can you guess why mom and dad ask you to eat healthy foods? Is it:

1. Because they don’t love you and they want to see you miserable and unhappy.
2. Because they looove you, and they know how good those foods are for you, and they know how great you’ll feel when you eat them. And they love to see you happy and living life at a million miles an hour!

B! Right answer! Ding, ding, ding! ;-)

And hey, if you want to make healthy foods taste great, try preparing some different, exciting recipes with mom and dad!

By eating Organic Food Bar Kid’s, you’re also helping our environment – and we know that’s important to you, right? ‘Cause this is YOUR world, we’re just borrowing it for a while!

Our bars are made only with organic ingredients. And, organic farming is better for our world because those kinds of farms don’t use harmful pesticides, which are the sprays used to kill bugs. Pesticides can be harmful for your body -- and for the environment; These pesticides can poison farm workers, drift into neighboring communities, contaminate ground and surface water and kill beneficial insects and soil micro-organisms. We don’t have any pesticides in our Organic Food Bars, because we want to protect you and the environment, too!

We have these really cool Organic Food Bar Kids t-shirts made from organic cotton. Here are some interesting things you may not know about cotton!

Did you know that normal, “conventionally” grown cotton uses more insecticides than any other single crop in the world. Wow! It’s true! Each year cotton producers around the world use nearly $2.6 billion worth of pesticides -- more than 10% of the world's pesticides and nearly 25% of the world's insecticides. That’s a lot of harmful chemicals that our bodies, and the world, don’t need! Our t-shirts are made from organic cotton. After all, we’re Organic Food Bar Kid’s!
